Grow North offers a range of services to its members and member communities. As a volunteer-driven organization, Grow North utilizes standing and ad-hoc committees made up of members who volunteer their time to further Grow North’s mission and develop the majority of Grow North’s projects, programs and services.

Standing Committees:

Executive Committee – Rob Krieghoff, President

Membership & Marketing – Mel Davidson, Grow North Member

Business Development – Matt Schreiber, NCWRPC

Cluster Development – Dan Kuzlik, Oneida County UW-Extension

Infrastructure – Jack Sroka, Lincoln County EDC

Tourism Development – Diane Hapka, Oneida County Tourism Council

Grow North also supports affiliate organizations and activities that include:
- the Northwoods Inventors and Entrepreneurs Club,
- the Regional Manufacturers Quarterly Dinners, and
- the Northwoods Research Summit.
